Before every major release at Apple, we held dedicated "pixel-spotting" sessions. Designers, lead engineers, and managers got together and meticulously reviewed every flow - from main use cases to small edge cases. We captured visual issues, and those micro-interactions that make the experience feel smoother.
The point wasn’t to discuss priorities or validity right then. Instead, we simply noted everything down. Later, we triaged these points, deciding what needed fixing before launch. It was amazing how many details surfaced in those sessions.
